This website has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising trackers, no cookies, and no forms. We do not build a profile of you for visiting. The only personal data we hold is what you send us yourself when you get in touch — and we use it to reply to you, nothing else.
Remotiex ("Remotiex", "we", "us") builds custom SaaS platforms and places vetted remote technical talent with client companies. We are registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt under tax registration number 758-020-082. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. To reach us about privacy, use the contact details in section 11.

It sets no cookies of its own, stores nothing in your browser, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and contains no forms to fill in. We do not currently enable access logging on our content delivery network, so we do not retain a record of individual page requests.
If we add analytics later, we will update this policy before turning it on, and we will choose a tool that does not track you across other websites.
Loading our pages causes your browser to request files from two third-party providers. Those requests necessarily reveal your IP address, approximate location derived from it, and basic browser information to those providers. We receive none of that data ourselves.
fonts.googleapis.com) — serves the typeface used across the site.cdn.tailwindcss.com) — serves the styling framework.Each provider handles that data under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not contact them at all, a content blocker or a privacy-focused browser will stop these requests; the site remains readable without them.
Our pages link out to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, the Apple App Store, Google Play, and some of the products we have built. Following a link puts you on that company's service, under its terms and its privacy policy. We do not control those services and are not responsible for how they handle your data.
Our main contact route is WhatsApp; you can also email us. When you get in touch we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, phone number or email address, and what you tell us about your project or your hiring needs.
We use that information for one purpose: to respond to you and, if it goes further, to discuss and deliver work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Be aware of who else is involved in the channel you pick. A WhatsApp conversation is carried by WhatsApp (Meta), whose handling of message metadata is governed by its own privacy policy. Our email is hosted by Zoho. If a subject is sensitive, tell us and we will agree a more appropriate channel.
When we deliver a project or place talent, we may handle data belonging to a client — including their end users' data — and information about candidates we put forward. That work is governed by the contract signed with the client, together with any data processing terms in it, and not by this website policy. In those engagements we normally act as a processor on the client's instructions rather than deciding for ourselves how the data is used.
Candidate information shared with us for a placement is used to assess suitability and to introduce candidates to the relevant client, with their knowledge.
This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services, with files stored in the Europe (Ireland) region and served through a global content delivery network. Correspondence lives in our email and messaging accounts.
We keep enquiries only as long as there is a reason to: an active conversation, a live engagement, or a legal or accounting obligation to retain records. When none of those applies, we delete them. If you ask us to delete your correspondence sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw consent you previously gave. Residents of Egypt have rights under Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020; visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR.
Ask us using the details in section 11 and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to confirm who you are before acting, so that we do not disclose someone's data to the wrong person. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit across the website, private storage that is not publicly readable, and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but if a breach affects your data and the law requires us to tell you, we will.
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will revise the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we use personal data will be described here rather than made quietly.
